Poler Stuff is built with camp vibes, adventure mobiles and excursions in mind. Our products are fully warrantied with proof of purchase to the original owner against defects in material and workmanship for one year from date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended time and use. 

If you believe your product has a defect in craftsmanship, please refer to your original receipt and contact that retailer for a warranty evaluation. This is the fastest and easiest way to get a refund, credit, or replacement.  

If you purchased your product from Poler directly, please contact us at customerservice@polerstuff.com and reference your Poler order ID number.  Poler may require the defective merchandise to be returned for a warranty evaluation.

Poler USA is unable to offer warranty support for products purchased outside of the U.S.  For all warranty concerns outside of the U.S. we encourage seeking service with the original retailer of your Poler product.
