Poler proudly offers FREE SHIPPING on ALL orders to continental USA destinations!

Here's how it works:

  • You place an order.
  • If you want free shipping, no problem. We’ll ship it within 1-3 business days (usually much quicker than that...we are that good). It will go via US Postal Service or UPS depending on what is best for us. Tracking info may vary. Hey, what do you want for free?
  • If you pony up for expedited shipping, we will bust our hump to get it out the door the same day, but we swear we will get it out by the next business day. You can choose one, two or three day service with UPS and your stuff will be tracked every step of the way.
  • Packages shipped from Michigan. Please consult generally published transit delivery times (see below).

International Destinations

  • Poler ships to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK.
  • Please note items are sold and shipped from the United States. If you are ordering for delivery outside the United States, in addition to appropriate international shipping charges, you will be responsible for any and all local taxes, duties, or other similar charges or impositions (including VAT) associated with your purchase. By placing your order, you agree that you will be responsible for and will pay as due all such amounts, as applicable.
  • At checkout you will choose between Priority Mail International and Express Mail International.  Priority Mail usually takes between 6-10 days.  Express Mail usually takes 3-4 days. Delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary significantly. Express Mail includes $100 of insurance.  Priority Mail shipments are not insured.  All shipments are tracked when they leave our warehouse and many will be tracked to your door. Your Priority Mail or Express mail shipment leaves the United States through the United States Postal Service.  It must then pass through your countries customs service and on to your postal service.  Poler believes the postal services for the countries listed above are generally reliable but we can not guarantee their performance.
  • Special notice for UK customers: In some instances, your post package may be detained at customs. This is beyond our control, but we've provided links below that may assist you in dealing with customs. Returns Policy

  • Please contact us for a return authorization number and additional instructions before returning any merchandise. Returns without an RA# may be refused or otherwise delayed. Call us toll free at 866-444-0229 Mon-Fri 8a-5p EST or email us
  • Defective merchandise will be tested upon receipt. Valid claims will be processed normally; invalid claims are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
