Orders leave our warehouse between 3-5 business days, however during the holiday season order processing time may take 7-10 business days for in-stock merchandise. During this processing time, your order is safely packed, and processed for shipment as quickly as possible. Due to our short processing time we will not be able to make any changes once your order has been placed. Once your order is processed you will receive an email confirmation. You will be emailed tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.
Need your Poler Outdoor Stuff fast? Please choose one of our expedited shipping options to ensure prompt delivery to meet your needs. Orders placed by 12pm noon Pacific Standard Time will ship the same business day. Any order placed after this time will be shipped the following business day.
